Han-Hsien Hospitality Co. was founded on 7 May 1993. "Heping Restaurant of Han-Hsien Hotel", as the major subsidiary of the Group, mainly offers dim-sum, Chinese cuisine and banquets, etc. Even though the Group was named as a hotel at the early stage, no accommodation service was available. It was so named in the hope of offering hotel services at a fair price to all customers.

　Han-Hsien Hospitality Co. was entrusted with the operation and management of Linden Hotel Kaohsiung since 2001. In May 2004, we leased the entire hotel from Cathay Financial Holdings and took over the management. In September 2004, Linden Hotel was formally renamed "Han-Hsien International Hotel". With the existing Heping Restaurant, Sihwei Restaurant Branch, Sihwei Branch and addition of the newly acquired "Han-Hsien International Hotel", Han-Hsien Hospitality Co. began to engage in the operation of the 5-star tourist hotel business.

　In 2002, Han-Hsien International Hotel was invited to join the China Famous Hotels Corporation. After becoming the only representative hotel in Taiwan, a professional management consultancy, Chang Hsien Hospitality Management Co. was established in 2003. Chang Hsien is responsible for the output of catering and hotel management know-how and the consultancy work for the relevant enterprises. In August 2003, five management elites were delegated by Chang Hsien International Catering and Hotel Management Consultancy to Zibo Hotel in Shandong, China to conduct a six-month training course and the consultancy work of enterprise diagnosis. The Consultancy has then become famous in China. In 2005, Chang Hsien was entrusted to prepare for the construction of a flagship store for Golden Jaguar International Hotel in Shanghai, and mainly engaged in the preparation of operational work, including the planning and management of staff establishment, operation, finance and training, etc. Chang Hsien has also started business talks with hotels in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hainan Island, etc. with respect to their management plans.

　In May of 2007, Han Hsien Hospitality Group purchased Gold-Chian hotel and carries on a new design and re-equipment; also, the name has been changed to "Urban Hotel33" and will re-open in 2008. The hotel is positioned on a commercial hotel with preferential price but served in five star hotel standard which is lack in Kaohsiung area. We target, together with Han-Hsien International Hotel, to meet needs of the all guest levels.

　Han-Hsien Hospitality Co. expanded from its business reach to international tourist hotel and also providing with hotel management consultancy skill. It can be said Han-Hsien is a local business with world vision. Within southern Taiwan, Han-Hsien¡¦s Hospitality Co. is the leading trademark for the first choice of accommodation. While being ranked for the top in the business in terms of average annual production value, it is also the giant of the industry in terms of the scale of production, equipment, turnover and service quality.
