Shanghai Golden Jaguar International Hotel, located near the intersection between Yan An West Road and Cheng Jia Ciao Road, is a 7–story building with 2 underground floors that occupies a total construction floor area of about 25,000 ㎡. The flagship store of Golden Jaguar in Shanghai district is constructed and managed with the sole sponsorship of “Golden Jaguar Enterprises”, the largest catering and entertainment enterprise in Taiwan. It is also the company’s biggest investment project in China. The food and beverage facilities include a buffet, VIP rooms, multi-function conference rooms and banquet halls, etc.

2. | Delegated Personnel: Elites with rich experiences in hotel management were assigned to various management units of Shanghai Golden Jaguar International Hotel, including preparation and management, marketing, engineering and planning, guest room management, catering management, catering and banquet management, kitchen management, Japanese cuisine, public relations, personnel, construction management and financial management to execute the preparation and planning. |
3. | Work Contents: To assist in the preparation and planning for the construction of the flagship store for Golden Jaguar in Shanghai, which will be formally open in mid 2007. The team is now mainly engaged in the preparation of operation, including the planning of staff management, operation management, financial management and training, etc. |
